As your Parish Council and the first tier of local government representing Fair Oak and Horton Heath's residents, we want to ensure that the services we offer and the way we work is of the most benefit to our community.
The first step in this process is to explore what the Council means to you and to use this information to redefine our purpose and aspirations.

This survey isn't about specifics like housing, roads, or development, but is more generally about the kind of organisation you'd like to see representing you at local government level.
The feedback we receive from this exercise will be used to form the basis of a new Mission Statement which will inform our policies and community engagement in the future.
