Fair Oak & Horton Heath Parish Council Community Grants Award Scheme

The Council can award a Community Grant of up to £1000 to eligible local groups and organisations, providing they have a project that will directly benefit the residents of Fair Oak and Horton Heath.

These Community Grant awards are made annually. All applications must be submitted between 31 July and 31 October by completing the online form.

Please read the Eligibility Criteria and guidance about the process and guidance notes before submitting your application.

Before you complete the application form please make sure you have the following documents ready to upload:

Your organisation's Constitution or Governing Document
Your organisation's latest Bank Statements
Your organisation's last Audited Accounts
Other relevant financial documentation and Insurance
Copies of any other grant awards received relevant to this application

Please note any applications received after 31 October will not be considered.
