WELCOME TO
FAIR OAK AND HORTON HEATH
PARISH COUNCIL

Welcome to Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council's website.  We hope you find it helpful and easy to use.  Our aim is to provide residents with information about their Parish Council and local area.

Fair Oak and Horton Heath are semi-rural villages set in the heart of South Hampshire.  Both villages are situated four miles away from the main town of Eastleigh.  Eastleigh is a suburban Borough that lies to the north of Southampton and to the south of Winchester.  The town has excellent communication links with Southampton International Airport, Southampton Parkway and Eastleigh Railway Stations, M3 and M27 motorways.
