Welcome to Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council's website.  We hope you find it helpful and easy to use.  Our aim is to provide residents with information about their Parish Council and local area.

Fair Oak and Horton Heath are semi-rural villages set in the heart of South Hampshire.  Both villages are situated four miles away from the main town of Eastleigh.  Eastleigh is a suburban Borough that lies to the north of Southampton and to the south of Winchester.  The town has excellent communication links with Southampton International Airport, Southampton Parkway and Eastleigh Railway Stations, M3 and M27 motorways.

Wyvern art students kindly took part in a competition to create a Village sign for the Parish. Three signs have been commissioned and will be positioned as follows:One on Winchester Road entering Fair Oak from Winchester, the other Mortimer's Lane and a third on Fair Oak Road as you travel away from Eastleigh. In the meantime there is a 'mock up' of the finished design which is currently attached to the tree near the skate park in Knowle Park.
