Unauthorised Encampment

The unauthorised encampment that has been established on Fair Oak & Horton Heath Parish Council owned land, by the car park off Knowle Lane, Fair Oak has been served a Notice to Vacate by Parish Council Officers this afternoon. The encampment have been informed that if they do not depart by 1500 hrs on Wed 1 Jul 26, the Parish Council will start the legal process for a court order to be issued which will be enforced by bailiffs.
