New Century Park Path Resurfacing Project

Fair Oak & Horton Heath Parish Council is pleased to announce the award of a contract for the resurfacing and improvement of paths within New Century Park, Fair Oak.

The contract was awarded following a competitive tender process undertaken in accordance with the Council’s Financial Regulations and delegated authority arrangements. Ten tenders were received and evaluated against published quality and cost criteria by an evaluation panel. The contract was awarded to the highest scoring compliant tenderer.

Successful Contractor: Scandor Landscape Contractors Ltd.

Contract Value: £27,653 excluding VAT.

Approved By: Full Council on 29 July 2026.

Expected Start Date: September 2026.
