Christmas closure - Parish Office

The Parish Office will be closed from midday on 24 December 2014 and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2015. We wish all of residents a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Pre Christmas waste collections come early!

Make sure your bins are emptied in the lead up to Christmas, as some collections are being brought forward. Residents whose bins would normally be emptied on Monday 22 December will now receive their collection on Saturday 20 December. If your bin is being collected on the Saturday, please remember to put it out on the Friday night.
Sign up to My Eastleigh (my.eastleigh.gov.uk) to receive reminders for all your bin collections.

World War Booklets

To commemorate the commencement of hostilities in 1914 the Parish Council has commissioned and published two booklets detailing the lives of the men who lost their lives in this Parish. The booklets are priced at £3 each and are available from the Parish Office.

Welcome to Fair Oak and Horton Heath Parish Council's website.  We hope you find it helpful and easy to use.  Our aim is to provide residents with information about their Parish Council and local area.

Fair Oak and Horton Heath are semi-rural villages set in the heart of South Hampshire.  Both villages are situated four miles away from the main town of Eastleigh.  Eastleigh is a suburban Borough that lies to the north of Southampton and to the south of Winchester.  The town has excellent communication links with Southampton International Airport, Southampton Parkway and Eastleigh Railway Stations, M3 and M27 motorways.
