Council Meetings
All meetings of the Parish Council are held on a Monday unless otherwise specified. The meetings are usually held in the Grace Mears Room, Fair Oak Village Hall , Shorts Road. Meetings generally commence at 7.30pm. Please check the agenda for any change to times.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and time is set aside at the beginning of the meeting for public questions and comments. The public are not permitted to speak whilst business of the Council is being discussed, unless invited to do so by the Chairman.
