Precept Information
The Parish Council has set the tax (Precept) for 2010/11 at £316,981. This is a slight increase to reflect the transfer of properties from Eastleigh Borough Council to Parish Council ownership. Lapstone Country Park was the first site to be transferred and is open to the public. Further details of this site can be found on this website.
Other projects include the recent refurbishment of the tennis courts at Lapstone Playing Fields. There are two courts which are free to use.

Council Grants
The Council can give grant aid to groups and local organisations that benefit the residents of Fair Oak and Horton Heath. We cannot give grants to individuals or businesses.
